Go Function App > Configuration (left hand side bar) > Advanced edit
You should be able to update the runtime from there. Then you will see it automatically update in the function runtime setting after making this change.

Its a little over kill – you can just
1. Go to the VM in Azure and shut it down
2. Then set the disk size to a higher size (Eg. 2Tb from 512 GB)
3. Then start the VM and RDP into it.
4. Go to Disk Management and expand the DB disk to use the full space.
After the LogicApp runs, the message are remaining in the ASB. After the retry count they move to the DLQ.
Got around this be decreasing the time to check for messages in the LogicApp to be less than the lock duration for the queue

Found my own answer here.
– Click on the file you want to share.
– Click the 3 dots on the right for more options.
– Click Generate SAS
– Specify the expiration time
– Copy the section that says ‘Blob SAS URL’
That URL will give an external user the ability to download the file you shared.
